Hawkins Moore and Company Real Estate was started, by husband and wife, David A. Moore and Nichole Hawkins-Moore in 2015 after a combine 18 years of working with other brokerages in the area. We are a family owned brokerage with deep roots in Prince William and surrounding counties having lived and worked in the area for more than 60 years combined. Co-Owner and Realtor Nichole Hawkins Moore was born in the state and grew up in the Forestdale neighborhood of Dale City. Her father was a superintendent for multiple builders in the area including Hylton which built a majority of the homes in Woodbridge and Dale City. Nichole's love of homes and staging came from working with her father, Larry Hawkins, seeing the houses being built and the models being staged peeked her interest from a young age. Her vast knowledge of Real Estate comes from being licensed over 13 years, managing multiple Real Estate title companies in the past and beautifully staging homes over the last decade. She is also a mother of three children, Alyssa 17, Noah 16 and Alexandra 12 and is active volunteering in their schools and local organizations. Co-Owner and Managing Broker David A. Moore was born in Maryland at Andrews Air Force Base. Shortly after being born, his Vietnam Veteran father who was currently enlisted with Air Force, was given orders to be stationed in Germany for the next six years. The Moore's then returned to Woodbridge VA in 1985 to the lovely, just being built Dale City, Virginia. Before David got into Real Estate he was in retail management, successfully running retail stores for Circuit City and Borders Books stores in Fairfax and Prince William Counties with annual revenue exceeding 50 million dollars and a work forces of 100+. After leaving retail management, David and Nichole teamed up to strive to be the top real estate team in Northern Virginia giving a level of service that is unrivaled by other Realtor's and Real Estate Brokerages in the area. We have been a part of over 250 transactions helping folks buy, sell and rent both residential and commercial properties across the state and our extensive experience is what sets us a part. We understand the importance of schools, commute times and local dining/shopping having raised three children in the county and can direct you to the property that best fits your needs and get it the best price possible. When trying to find your dream home, we even provide shuttle service to pick you up and take you to as many homes as possible to further make the process as convenient as possible. We are available nights and weekends as well, to work around your schedule.
